You will work closely with business team, grasp their needs, promote, and deliver the best solution and achieve maximum business results.

・ In charge of business improvements and give solutions to key business issues of product development area,

・ Working closely with designers and 3rd party partners like global PLM solution providers, and apparel factories to make business solutions.

・ Lead system vendors to fulfill the business requirements with high quality IT systems.

・ Periodically knowledge sharing with global IT team members and cultivate junior members.

Language

MUST：Fluency in Japanese, be able to speak and utilize it in day work (JLPT N1 level)

MUST：Fluency in English, be able to speak and utilize it in day work (CET6 / TOEIC 700 or above level)

Experience

Must:

・ Leadership/Toughness/Straightness

・ 7 years above experience in top PLM solutions (e.g, PTC, Enovia, Centric, Lectra), 3 years above experience in apparel industry.

・ Excellent knowhow on product/material management, 3D utilization, BOM management principles and method

・ 5 years above BA experience with high business analysis ability with conceptual and logical thinking. Ability to grasp the essential issues and propose fundamental solutions

・Full experience working in global top retail company (apparel will be the best) , or working with their R&D business team

・Excellent communication, summarization, and reporting skills

・ Experience in collaboration with global team

・ Experience of Product Development or Supply Chain related business.

Hope:

・ IT project management or maintenance experience of at least one of PLM/SCM/ERP system.

・ Hold the knowhow of programming, IT infrastructure and architecture

・ Experience in retail industry or manufacturing industry

・ Professional certification of project management, such as PMP, Prince2, etc.
