Main role
Windows Application Deployment & Device Configuration service owner
Products :
- SCCM for PC imaging & application deployment, Intune knowledge
- GPOs for device configuration
- Tanium for app deployment & security patching
Main responsibilities
- Represent the service across all the organization
- Own the end-to-end delivery and performance all along its lifecycle
- Define and document the components of the service and the interaction with the other services
Key Tasks
- Ensure alignment of service components and supporting structure with overall Solvay service management processes (service catalog, incident mgmt, problem mgmt, service request, knowledge base, changes, release, assets and configuration management, service levels management, Security, access management)
- Define the targets and monitor the Service Level Performance of the service and its contributors.
- Maintain knowledge (functional & technical) about the service
- Escalation point for Major Incidents
- Drive continuous service improvement
- Guarantee compliance
- Arbitration of service evolutions
- Prepare the service security and continuity plans, conduct risk assessment
- Responsible for managing service budget & costs
Second role
- Be the Service Delivery Manager for the Capgemini Workstation Management contract
- Being accountable for the run of the contract and the services provided
- Being responsible for contract management & invoicing process
- Participation on operational & governance meetings
Third role : Operational team management
- Leading regular operational meetings with the Workstation team
- Making sure that the team is staffed enough to assure the service
- Doing regular checkpoint to manage activities of the external team members
- Follow up about team members activities with external providers
