Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy ML models in production, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Who We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone with a passion for solving complex problems using machine learning, who can think critically and work collaboratively. You’ll need a proven track record of deploying ML models in real-world environments and experience working with diverse data, especially in the biomedical or pharmaceutical space.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing ML models in an industry setting.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as JAX, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools like Weights and Biases.
- Experience working with large-scale, diverse datasets, including genetics, genomics, imaging, or clinical data.
- Understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A team player with experience collaborating with research scientists, engineers, and external partners.
