Job Responsibilities
This role is responsible for IT internal/external communication and IT core programs/projects change management, to promote effective and efficient digital transformation.
IT PMO Change Management
- Establish and maintain IT Change management(CM) framework, design and implement IT CM plans based on IT digital vision and mission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes in alignment with IT product development goals.
- Analyze stakeholders, develop different communication plans and organize corresponding CM activities including but not limited to business interview, training, workshop, offline event.
- Assess the impact of changes on employees, clients, and other stakeholders, and develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges.
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments to identify potential risks and challenges associated with the implementation of IT products.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure Business Readiness by assessing the organization's readiness to accept and adopt changes, and develop plans to address any gaps.
- Support the precipitation of digital achievements using the methods such as video, playbook and knowledge base.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to build awareness and competence in using new tools and technologies.
- Analyze feedback from end-users and stakeholders to continuously improve change management processes and strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators and success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Other work related to change management.

- Excellent change management thinking and digital transformation mindset
- Experience of project management and agile management knowledge
- Experience of basic IT knowledge (To C/To B Systems Related)
