Mission

We are looking for a senior enterprise architecture (EA), with an emphasis on aligning IT strategies with business objectives to drive digital transformation and deliver business outcomes. 

Key Objectives of the Project:

Develop and Execute IT Strategy:

• Formulating an IT strategy that supports the organization’s business goals.
• Identifying opportunities for digital transformation and responding to disruptive forces.

Bridge Business and IT:

• Acting as a consultant and facilitator to align business processes and IT architecture.
• Creating an IT implementation roadmap to execute the business strategy effectively.

Innovate and Modernize IT Portfolio:

• Scanning for emerging trends and technologies to enhance the organization’s competitive edge.
• Leading innovation pilots and integrating successful technologies into regular operations.

Enterprise Architecture Governance and Delivery:

• Developing minimal viable architectures for agile decision-making.
• Coordinating architecture activities across different business units and projects.

Enhance Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Building relationships across business units, IT delivery teams, and stakeholders.
• Facilitating business-driven conversations to assess risks and opportunities.

Plan and Manage IT Resources:

• Supporting IT portfolio modernization and ensuring consistent architecture practices.
• Monitoring the alignment of IT investments with strategic business outcomes.

Focus Areas:

• Leveraging Integration, Data, Infrastructure, Network, or Security to enable and improve business processes.
• Addressing gaps in existing IT landscapes while planning for future-state capabilities.
• Ensuring governance, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.

PROFILE 

• 8+ years in strategic/operations planning or business analysis.
• 8+ years in at least three architecture disciplines (business, information, solution, or technical architecture).
• Experience navigating large organizations with complex political and operational environments.
• Industry-specific insights to enhance strategy and execution.
• TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar certifications in enterprise architecture.
• Certifications in integration technologies or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
