• Must have experience with Salesforce CRM including Sales cloud, Experience cloud, Marketing cloud, Commerce cloud, Data cloud and related products.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and development tools including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Should possess thorough knowledge of various Salesforce governor limits and best practices.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce security best practices and management of roles, profiles, data sharing rules, shield etc.,
• Ability to monitor and report on Salesforce logins and usage of community licenses.
• Ability to automate deployment of Salesforce code/configuration changes to higher environments.
• Ability to review and understand the downstream impacts of a change request and anticipate opportunities to improve it.
• Ability to proactively identify problems and prepare solutions for resolution.
• Bachelor’s Degree – a 4-year undergraduate degree in business, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a proven track record of managing Salesforce orgs for customers.
• 1+ years of experience in Copado or equivalent DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments.
• Salesforce certifications is a must (Platform Developer 1, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)
• Proficiency in Jira, MuleSoft, Tableau, Confluence software.
• Knowledge of integration with Heroku, AWS and other third-party SaaS platforms.
