Job Title
Assistant Project Manager IT Finance
The IT for Finance Project Manager assistant will be responsible of end user support and projects management on the accounting systems : CODA and SAP BO.
In collaboration with the IT teams and the business teams of the Accounting Departments he (she) will be in charge of the users support and the completion of specific projects of several finance solutions deployed at the client.
The project manager will report weekly to his managers and collaborate with his teammates on several platforms.
Requested deliverables
- Project deliverables: technical and functional specifications, planning, plan/strategy tests, project committees minutes, presentations, deployment timelines, compliance documentation, action plans, follow-ups …
- Product deliverables: MOs, procedures, operating and user manuals, specifications, modeling of business processes or application interactions, …
- Tickets for business requests, change requests, incidents, .
Level of Experience
Senior (> 5 years)
Preferred experience
- Good understanding of accounting processes and accounting information systems,
- Experience in end-user support (BAU / TMA) : solving production issues and answering users questions in a Finance context
- Experience in project management: coordination, follow-up, document, analyze risks, lead committees, prioritize …
Required technical skills
- Technical and functional background on finance applications: Technical knowledge on accounting system CODA (Unit 4) and on accounting reporting system (SAP Business Object)
- Advanced technical skills: interfaces, infrastructure (SaaS, Citrix, .), security (SSO, access management, .)
- Good general IT knowledge
- Languages: French, English (professional)
Optional technical skills
- Other tools: Confluence, Jira, Service Now, SharePoint, .
Other skills or abilities desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, providers and technical teams)
- Ability to challenge teams to address various issues.
