We are seeking an experienced Director to lead digital transformation initiatives, focusing on IoT, IIoT, Industry 4.0, and Connected Factory technologies. This role involves driving innovation, modernizing systems, and integrating AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy: Develop and implement a digital strategy aligned with business goals and market needs.
- Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote new products, services, and strategies.
- Innovation: Drive adoption of IoT, Analytics, AI, and AR/VR technologies.
- Market Analysis: Assess market trends and competition, aligning findings with digital maturity goals.
- Legacy Systems Modernization: Phase out outdated systems, replacing them with modern, emerging technologies.
- Program Management: Oversee large-scale digital transformation projects, focusing on Industry 4.0 and Connected Factory solutions.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and process optimization.
- Connected Factory: Optimize manufacturing, enhance supply chain visibility, and improve product quality.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 10+ years in managerial roles within manufacturing, supply chain, or tech-driven industries.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in IoT, AI, and digital transformation. Experience with KPIs like OEE, MTTR, and RCA/RCCA processes.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change management initiatives.
- Data-Driven Approach: Promote data-informed decision-making through insights from IoT sensors and analytics.
Other Details:
- Travel: Up to 50% domestic travel.
- Work Environment: Hybrid (2-3 days on-site).
- Reporting: Reports to the VP of AI and Advanced Analytics, managing a team of 5-10.
