Title: ServiceNow Developer

Hours: 40 hours per week

Role Responsibilities

Strong focus on upgrades and support for ServiceNow applications, particularly ITSM and ITOM modules.
Develop, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow applications using App Engine and Virtual Agent.
Support approximately 80 applications:
30 applications based on ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HR).
50 internal applications developed in-house.
Work on application enhancements and upgrades for both ServiceNow and internal systems.
Support L1-L2 IT Servicedesk

Preferred Experience

Financial services experience (nice to have).
Proven track record of building applications using App Engine, particularly for banking environments.
