SAP CRM/CE Functional Consultant for Retail

We are seeking an SAP CRM/CE Functional Consultant to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in SAP for Utilities CRM and Retail Processes. The ideal candidate will be skilled in configuring SAP systems to meet retail business requirements and provide consultative expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze and assess the organization’s retail processes and systems, ensuring efficient integration with SAP CRM solutions.
- Solution Design: Design and configure SAP solutions for Utilities and Retail based on business needs and customer requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate across multiple teams, provide functional expertise, and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with clients to gather and synthesize requirements, translating them into actionable SAP configurations and business solutions.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as an SAP CRM/CE expert, providing guidance on Retail CRM and S/4HANA solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas of process improvement and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
