Position: Salesforce Administrator
Duration: 9 Months
Location: Nearshore
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in an operational role as part of an enterprise IT technology team that works with a variety of business operations that supports Sales, Marketing among other functions.
- Collaborate with other internal application teams in triaging and fixing integration and data issues involving Salesforce.
- Provide consultative guidance to various operational teams.
- Configuring and appropriately recommending Salesforce tools such as Action Plans, task automation, Flow, Flow Orchestration, Omni Studio solutions and reports among others.
- Work with other Salesforce Admins within the organization to conduct peer reviews and work with the QA Lead to assist in their development of test scripts.
- Troubleshoot issues in QA and UAT, execute change management processes, and deploy changes to the platform.
