Contractor
Work as IT project manager to launch China digital projects
mainly focus on Omni-channels, CRM & CDP, also involving
WeChat mini-program, Tmall, JD, Tiktok etc
Solid experience and strong interests in massive data analytics
Work with cross functional business teams and vendors for
Digital solutions and lead the team on initiative prioritization,
identify best approach and deliver.
Account for possible project challenges on constraints
including, risks, time, resources and scope
Work closely with project management teams to successfully
monitor progress of initiatives
Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their
proper execution
Review industry best practice for improvements
Coordinate with internal global technical team and external
vendors on technical solution including solution/technical
architecture optimization, sequence diagrams, API
specifications, security, performance etc.
Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
Proven experience of successfully delivering and managing
implementation of large-scale technical projects, especially for
eCommerce, marketing
Minimum 5 year’s Digital related work experience
Minimum 3 year’s project management experience.
Strong management skills especially experienced in managing
vendors
Retail industry experience in Apparel is highly preferred.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Problem solving and decision-making skills. This role provides
leadership for solving technical issues in lululemon marketing
team and relevant parties along with organizational IT issues. It
is a point of escalation for business and 3rd party vendor.
