5-7 years related experience required in content design, learning design, or a related field

Experience in creating instructional content and learning interventions that drive behavior change and skill acquisition Familiarity with teamwork and future of work topic areas or working within research-focused teams is a plus

Experience using Atlassian tools, using various design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Rise360), and prompt engineering for generative AI is a plus
