Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software applications for automating our client's machines and systems, including in-house and global commissioning.
- Clarify and implement interfaces with the overarching production control system (MES).
- Develop functional descriptions with adjacent departments as the basis for software development.
- Coordinate and implement software additions and changes in-house and at customer sites, ensuring necessary software security and documentation.
- Supervise and coordinate software work by external service providers.
- Monitor compliance with, maintain, and further develop software standards.
- Maintain and upkeep our existing software platform.

Your Profile:
- Master's degree/Engineer/IT specialist with a technical orientation, holding a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification. Ambitious career changers are also welcome.
- Several years of practical experience in software development with automation systems (TIA Portal, Siemens S7) and visualization systems (WinCC).
- Profound knowledge in plant and process visualization.
- Experience in software commissioning of complex special systems in an international environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally several times a year.
- Fluent in German and English
