Position and Responsibilities
Business evolution and new strategic challenges are creating new opportunities to foster and to rework our industrial operations. To deliver this roadmap, we are looking for a curious, dynamic, and business-oriented Project Manager who will proactively lead our new processes and IS challenges.
You will join the Industrial Process & IS team, which oversees projects for both Shoes and Leather goods divisions in the context of an IS transformation plan. You will become responsible for Process and IS Projects for the Planning (MPS & MRP) Stream and will be responsible for improving all industrial processes and for implementing new IS Systems.
Reporting to the Industrial Process & IS Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Drive your stream project portfolios in respect of business requirements and strategic stakes.
- Ensure the management and coordination of new projects, and enhancements on existing processes/applications, with planning and budget responsibilities.
- Lead workshops working with the business (with BPO and KU) to design new processes and carry-out gap analysis.
- Work closely with the IT Department to guarantee the delivery in quality, time, and budget of the solution.
- Expand the value brought by our Process & IS team to the organization (governance structuring, building bridges with business teams…).
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree in engineering/information systems, otherwise relevant background in the area.
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Project management skills and previous experience.
- Strong knowledge of information processes in its domain (P2P/MPS/MRP).
- Familiarity with related Systems: APS (Anaplan..) & ERP (SAP..).
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Languages: Fluent in Italian and English; French knowledge will be a plus.
- Knowledge of the fashion/luxury and/or industrial sector will be appreciated.
- Open-minded, service-oriented with excellent relationship and communications skills.
