Also need to know on how to migrate the configuration stuff using workspaces from Siebel tools.

Should have strong knowledge on Unix OS

Should have hands on Siebel Test Automation setup.

Should have strong knowledge on Siebel Administration to enable or disable the components

Troubleshooting the performance issues of Siebel application...

Also need to have functional knowledge on Siebel Marketing and Campaign management including technical analysis
