8+ years of event audience acquisition or demand generation experience (preferably in tech enterprise events) Data-driven and highly analytical Excellent communication skills with both peers and leaders Experience creating and managing a multi-channel integrated marketing campaign calendar Use automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace Project management expertise, including with virtual teams Superb prioritization skills to individually detect and deliver the most important things first Ability to effectively delegate work across virtual teams and build strong peer relationships Ability to multitask and take the lead on several tasks simultaneously Desire to consistently enhance marketing efforts, bringing new ideas to the table – both strategic and executional
