Required:

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program and project management.
• Superior ability to interact, collaborate, negotiate, handle escalated situations, and influence effectively.
• Superior ability to solve problems with flexibility, agility, and creativity.
• Superior ability to organize and lead in ambiguous contexts.
• Strong ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and focus on results.
• Superior ability to think and plan strategically and tactically.
• Experience managing collections of interdependent projects as a program, achieving desired results.
• Experience delivering projects and programs using Planview or similar tools.
• Proven experience with project management techniques and processes.
• Ability to apply solid decision-making and problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate clearly, efficiently, and effectively with management and project execution teams.
• Ability to lead by teaching.

Desired:

• Experience working directly with senior leadership stakeholders on strategic business projects.
• Certifications: PMP or PgMP certification, Agile or SAFe certifications.
• Master's degree.
