As the Social Media contractor, you will be responsible for developing and executing a social media content strategy to help educate, drive engagement, increase brand awareness and enhance the online presence. With a deep knowledge of our core audiences and marketing tactics, you will have the opportunity to lead social initiatives in our efforts to expand our reach with institutional investors. 

This role is on the Institutional Product Marketing team supporting the social presence for our institutional prime brokerage products, thought leadership, events, executive spokespeople, employees and other marketing initiatives.

• Responsible for the development and execution for social media strategy, including copywriting and creative visuals
• Create high-quality, engaging content strategically tailored to social media platforms including but not limited to X and LinkedIn
• Develop and maintain a content calendar: create posts, obtain approvals, schedule, and monitor performance of social media posts
• Create content to help encourage executives and employees to share on their personal handles
• Work closely with marketing, comms and other teams to coordinate social media efforts with broader campaigns and ensure consistency
• Measure and report against the performance of social marketing initiatives; share recommendations to optimize social performance
• Stay informed on competitor insights and emerging trends in social media marketing and content creation, look for opportunities to align to trends, experiment and uplevel the brand across social media
