Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on OmniStudio to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing Salesforce projects, designing robust architecture, and ensuring high-quality deliverables through independent code reviews and comprehensive testing processes. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and a focus on optimizing solutions tailored for the Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform independent code reviews and conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions using best practices and design principles.
- Lead Salesforce projects from inception to delivery, including architecture design and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective implementation of solutions.
- Maintain expertise in OmniStudio, including developing OmniScripts and other relevant functionalities.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience with OmniStudio, OmniScript, and Salesforce’s Public Sector Solution (PSS).
- Proficiency in Salesforce development practices, including Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning components.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, integration patterns, and security model best practices.
Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Salesforce development with a focus on OmniStudio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
