The ideal candidate will have successfully led high-performing product design or product management teams and driven impactful business and product outcomes. In this role, you will manage our Product Management Team and work closely with our CEO and the Content Team Lead to guide product and design decisions across various features of our platform. This is a remote position with some required travel for onboarding, team events, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead a team of product managers to create unified strategies, define metrics, and drive outcomes.
- Team Development: Mentor and support the professional growth of each team member.
- Product Development Cycle: Oversee the entire product development process, from ideation to release, ensuring smooth execution of product requirements, feature prioritization, and design timelines.
- Product Strategy & Leadership: Drive and influence critical product decisions, quality, and delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Track the impact of each product release on user experience and business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience managing direct reports, including providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
- 3+ years of leading high-performing, inclusive product teams.
- 5+ years of experience working on user-facing software products, preferably in startups or agile tech environments.
- Proven leadership in evolving and improving team systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
- Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency with user data platforms.
