Project & Resource Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. - Ensure deadlines are met, campaigns are delivered within scope, and resources are effectively utilized. - Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and success metrics for each campaign. Monitor performance, analyze results, and report on campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders. Recommend and implement optimizations based on data. - Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in the campaign process and work cross-functionally to address them to keep campaigns on track. - Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign progress, updates, and results. Provide regular status reports and presentations to leadership and relevant teams. - Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine program processes to drive efficiencies, innovation, and better results. Implement best practices in integrated marketing and program management. Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently and manage one�s time. Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred. 8-10 years experience required.
