Requirements:
- AEP and AJO could be negotiable and trainable if they have strong fundamental domain knowledge of QA and Testing (website, email, newsletters) and ideally, experience with campaign management tools and exposure to paid media projects. Any other marketing automation and campaign management tool like Adobe Campaign or SFMC, or any other CDPs or journey optimization tools, if they have fundamental knowledge of Media Ops and Quality Assurance could work.
- The team is also open to consider a UI Tester interested in Marketing Ops/Automation projects. This person will be part of a large team of technology professionals and engineers. The role isn’t limited to this project; the scope for someone with UI testing experience will be broader, involving testing across a variety of technology solutions.
- Scripting/Automation skills with Selenium are a must if we find a UI Testing person, and highly valued for a candidate coming from Marketing Ops/Automation background. Scripting abilities and familiarity with automation tools will be essential to streamline testing processes.
