We are seeking an HR M&A and International Expansion Program Manager to lead HR due diligence and integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, while also assessing expansion into new countries from a people and organizational perspective. In this role, you will evaluate the HR implications of M&A deals, including talent assessment, cultural integration, and organizational alignment, ensuring smooth transitions post-acquisition. You will also analyze new markets for expansion, assessing local labor laws, talent availability, and HR infrastructure requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in global HR strategy, M&A integration, and international business expansion.
Skills:
~5 years of experience in an HR program manager capacity- preferably in M&A, but could be in another fast-paced people environment.
Ability to write brief but effective comms + documents / closely track action items & attention to detail is a must
