Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Stockholm, 3 days/week at the office

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
- Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between current and desired end-states.
- Develop and maintain Visualforce, Apex, Lightning components, and integrations with other third-party solutions.
- Perform data migrations, integrations, and deployments using Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and Change Sets.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
- Provide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proven experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices.
- Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git)
