As a Global Salesforce Business Analyst & Admin (m/f/d), you will be responsible for leading and supporting regional CRM initiatives and process optimizations that touch the wider CRM ecosystem across multiple business units and regions. You will collaborate closely with regional, global and local teams in Sales, IT, Commercial Excellence and digital transformation to ensure effective collaboration.
You will also help deliver end user support and drive CRM adoption to enhance efficiencies wherever possible. Developing and maintaining training materials and conducting training sessions to ensure stakeholders understand and can effectively use new systems or processes will be among your primary responsibilities.
In addition to addressing immediate infrastructure needs and design, you will support global CRM projects aimed at establishing a unified Commercial Ecosystem across regions and business units. This includes assisting in project management and establishing the broader CRM Governance framework. Additionally, you will contribute to harmonizing global business processes and configuring our CRM instance (with a focus on Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud as well as Field Service).
Your responsibilities include:
- Acting as a liaison between various stakeholders, such as business users, IT teams, developers, digital transformation experts, and project managers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Applying analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems and drive informed decision-making.
- Analyzing current business processes, data, and systems to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Creating comprehensive documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, user stories, process flows, and other relevant artifacts.
- Developing visual representations of current and future business processes to aid understanding and decision-making.
- Configuring CRM instances with emphasis on Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud, including Field Service.
- Supporting the configuration and setup of the new Life Science Cloud.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed university degree in business administration, economics or a related field, preferably with MBA or PhD.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Pharma/Life Science industry, focusing on CRM and commercial roles within a Commercial Excellence environment.
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Admin, ideally in an international matrix-driven environment.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Admin Certification (mandatory) and Business Analyst certification (preferred).
- Independent, process-oriented, and results-driven work approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional languages advantageous.
- Intercultural experience and willingness to travel internationally.
