Main Activities
Work on the support and maintenance team to solve some Evolution or incident tickets, supporting end users, following up all Quantum related tickets by Service One.
Context
This project involves a mix of functional expertise in Quantum Treasury Management System (TMS) and technical knowledge of its integrations with SAP, banking systems, and external platforms. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
Professional Background:
- Treasury Systems Specialist: At least 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Quantum TMS or similar platforms (e.g., Kyriba, SAP Treasury).
- Strong background in global treasury processes, such as cash management, FX processes, risk management, and account reconciliation.
Skills and Expertise:
Functional Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Quantum processes, including:
- Deals, Payments, Bank Statement Integration
- Reporting, Analytics, Rates, Statistics
- Treasury operations such as FX processes and risk management
- Familiarity with monthly closures (D4) and related reporting requirements.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in:
- Quantum interfaces with Reuters, Bloomberg, 360T, Finastra
- Exchange rate integration and MT101 payment formats
- Knowledge of tools and environments like:
- Citrix AG Scheduler, Crystal Reports, FileZilla, and scripting languages
- Familiarity with SFTP protocols and file transfer mechanisms.
- Understanding of SAP integration with Quantum, including accounting postings and payment file workflows.
Project Management Skills:
- Proven experience in managing and delivering software update projects (e.g., Quantum updates or migration to AWS/cloud platforms).
- Ability to coordinate with vendors like FIS, perform routine updates, and manage tests for SSO and certificate renewals.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, serving as the primary point of contact for key users and the broader support team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot incidents while also managing project timelines.
Certifications and Tools:
- Certifications in Treasury or TMS tools (optional but preferred, e.g., AFP's Certified Treasury Professional).
- Experience with Crystal Reports and other treasury reporting/analytics tools.
