Context:
Our client team is seeking a Solution Architect to ensure shared IT solutions across the Group are aligned with standards, integrated smoothly, sustainable, and compliant with security and data privacy regulations. The role focuses on driving cost reduction and ensuring maintainability and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align solutions with Group Target Architecture.
- Contribute to defining product vision and technology strategy.
- Ensure smooth integration and compliance across all products.
- Regularly update reference architecture and ensure market-relevant practices.
- Manage application portfolio and support development teams.
- Promote client standards and contribute to the 3-year IT roadmap, focusing on cloud migrations.
Deliverables:
- General Architecture Design (GAD).
- Compliance with security and privacy requirements.
- Product architecture roadmaps and cloud transitions.
- Market-watch reports and innovative solutions proposals.
- Governance participation, obtaining necessary permits (e.g., Building Permits from the Architecture Review Board).
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Solution Architect with experience in:
- Enterprise Architecture: Strong grasp of architecture design, cloud solutions (AWS, Azure), and integration between diverse systems.
- Compliance & Governance: Familiar with data privacy, security standards, and ensuring regulatory compliance across IT solutions.
- Cost Reduction & Efficiency: Skilled at leveraging reusable components and creating scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Innovation-Driven: A forward-thinker with the ability to track and apply emerging technologies, proposing new tools and methods to enhance systems.
